1. Assessment Required
Not every dog or owner is suitable. K9 Elite Philippines may refuse or stop protection work at any time for safety, welfare, control or legal reasons.
2. Lawful Purpose
Training is for lawful private protection, control and deterrence. It does not authorize vigilantism, intimidation, illegal deployment or use of a dog as a weapon.
3. Owner Responsibilities
The owner remains responsible for containment, handling, public safety, household management, insurance where available and compliance with all laws and local rules.
4. Control Standards
Obedience, recall, release, neutrality and handler competence may be required before or alongside protection exercises.
5. No Guarantee
Capability and reliability depend on the dog, handler and environment. No absolute performance or legal result is guaranteed.
6. Transfer and Third-Party Handling
Protection dogs should not be transferred, lent or handled by untrained persons without professional transition and assessment.
7. Incident Reporting
Bites, escapes, threats, legal complaints or major behavior changes must be disclosed promptly.
