1. Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, the K9 Elite Philippines website and its original content are owned by or licensed to K9 Elite Philippines and are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual-property laws.
2. Protected Materials
Protected materials include logos, names, slogans, website design, written content, photographs, videos, graphics, manuals, PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, training curricula, lesson structures, forms, assessments, scorecards, certificates, examination material, policies, promotional material and compilations.
3. Limited Permission
You may view the website and print a reasonable copy of public information for personal, non-commercial reference. This does not transfer ownership or grant permission to teach, sell, publish, distribute, translate, adapt or create derivative commercial material.
4. Prohibited Uses
- copying or reselling manuals, courses, forms, certificates or examination content;
- using K9 Elite branding in a manner suggesting authorization or affiliation;
- removing copyright notices, watermarks or identifiers;
- scraping or reproducing substantial website content;
- using training material to operate a competing academy without written permission;
- creating counterfeit certificates, scorecards or credentials; and
- uploading protected material to AI systems, repositories or sharing platforms for republication or model training without authorization.
5. Client Media
Clients retain rights they lawfully hold in their own original submissions. By supplying content for agreed publication, a client grants only the permissions stated in the relevant release or agreement.
6. Online Academy Content
Online Academy lessons, training sequences, manuals, course images, graphics, downloadable materials, assessments, progress interfaces, certificate designs and related digital content are protected materials. Course purchase grants access for the purchaser's personal learning only and does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, record, redistribute, resell, publish or commercially reuse academy content.
7. Reporting Infringement
Send copyright concerns to k9elite.ph@gmail.com with identification of the protected work, the disputed material, contact details and a good-faith explanation.
8. Enforcement
K9 Elite Philippines reserves the right to request removal, suspend access, issue formal notices and pursue available civil or criminal remedies where infringement, impersonation, fraud or counterfeiting occurs.
