Imported Dutch Protection Dog Agreement Information

1. Professional Selection

K9 Elite Philippines selects suitable candidates through trusted Dutch professional contacts. Clients do not choose solely from photographs, color, size or appearance.

2. No Standing Inventory Guarantee

A suitable dog may not be immediately available. Search time depends on requirements, market availability, health, temperament and professional evaluation.

3. Evaluation

Evaluation may include temperament, confidence, environmental stability, social behavior, obedience, grip, protection qualities, health information and trainability. No evaluation eliminates all future risk.

4. Costs and Deposits

Sourcing, reservation, veterinary, documentation, transport, import, customs, insurance, transition and training costs will be stated in writing. Third-party commitments may be non-refundable.

5. Import and Transport Risk

Timing may be affected by airline, weather, veterinary, export, import, quarantine, customs and government requirements. Delays outside reasonable control are not guaranteed against.

6. Transition Training

Owner education and structured transition are essential. The client must follow management, bonding, handling, safety and follow-up instructions.

7. Health and Performance

Health documents and evaluations reflect information available at the time. A separate agreement should specify veterinary examination, acceptance, remedies and transfer of risk.
