Health & Vaccination Requirements

1. General Requirement

Dogs must be reasonably healthy, free from known contagious disease and fit for the intended activity.

2. Records

K9 Elite Philippines may request vaccination, deworming, parasite-control and veterinary records appropriate to age, location, boarding status and program risk.

3. Illness and Symptoms

Do not bring a dog showing vomiting, diarrhea, persistent coughing, fever, unusual discharge, severe lethargy, contagious skin disease or other concerning symptoms without prior veterinary clearance.

4. Injury, Pain and Medication

Owners must disclose injuries, orthopedic problems, heat sensitivity, seizures, heart or respiratory concerns, pregnancy, recent surgery and medication that may affect performance or behavior.

5. Veterinary Clearance

We may require written clearance before high-intensity, protection, agility, swimming or endurance work.

6. Refusal or Suspension

A session may be refused, modified or stopped where health, disease-control or welfare concerns exist.

7. Emergency Consent

Program agreements may authorize reasonable emergency veterinary action when the owner cannot be reached. The owner remains responsible for resulting costs unless otherwise agreed.
