Client & Visitor Code of Conduct

1. Respect and Safety

Clients and visitors must follow instructions, remain in authorized areas and treat personnel, other clients and animals respectfully.

2. Dog Control

Dogs must remain secured on approved equipment unless an instructor authorizes otherwise. No dog may be released toward a person, animal or training area without permission.

3. Children and Guests

Children must be directly supervised. Guests may be restricted during protection, assessment or safety-sensitive work.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Threats, harassment, discrimination, violence, intoxication, illegal drugs, weapons, covert recording, theft, deliberate equipment damage and interference with training are prohibited.

5. Recording and Publication

Do not record or publish other clients, staff, security-sensitive exercises, private assessments or proprietary material without permission.

6. Consequences

Unsafe or abusive behavior may result in immediate removal, cancellation, reporting to authorities or claims for damage, subject to applicable law.
